This app helps delivery drivers in Singapore order their stops. We built it to keep as little data as possible. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What stays on your phone

Your stops, start time, starting point and History stay in this browser on your phone. We have no accounts and no database of your routes. History deletes itself after 90 days. Clearing your browser's site data for this app deletes everything at once.

What we send, and to whom

Addresses and postal codes go to OneMap, run by the Singapore Land Authority, to find each address. Our server on Cloudflare passes the request on and doesn't store it.
Stop locations, your starting point and window times go to openrouteservice, run by HeiGIT in Germany, to work out the best order. We don't send names, phone numbers or unit numbers.
The next stop's location goes to Google Maps when you tap Navigate.
Your feedback message, and your email if you add one, go to Formspree so we can read and answer it.

Your location

The app asks for your location only when you tap Use my location on the Start time screen. It saves that spot on your phone as your starting point and sends it to openrouteservice when you optimise.

Ads and cookies

Banner ads from Google AdSense pay for the app. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads and may use your visits to this and other sites to choose them. Learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.

Hosting

Cloudflare hosts the app and handles your connection, which includes your IP address, to deliver pages securely.

Sending data overseas

openrouteservice runs in Germany, and Google, Cloudflare and Formspree may process data outside Singapore. We use these services because they protect data to standards comparable to the PDPA.

Your choices

Use the app without sharing your location: type an address instead, or leave the starting point empty.
Delete your data at any time by clearing this app's site data in your browser settings.
Ask what personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, through the Feedback page.

Changes

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top.
